Refund policy

Damaged goods upon arrival

Please inspect your purchased product upon delivery. If it has been damaged or faulty upon arrival, please get in contact via the phone on 0439699407 or email at

A replacement part will be sent to you and the damage part must be sent back to Seawater pro. If it is not able to be replaced by Seawater Pro Australia, Seawaterpro USA may send the replacement part. A refund will be given if the whole unit is inoperable and unable to be fixed with any replacement part. The unit will have to be sent back and the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 21 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a full refund.

Desalination units sold by Seawater pro Australia carries a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty. In house manufactured end caps for pressure vessels come with a lifetime warranty.  

If you are not completely satisfied with the components of the system that we have supplied, please contact us first to see if the problem can be fixed.
